Tim is a Leadership Coach for Xccelerated Team Performance. He’s also an entrepreneur at heart.
Tim joined our team in 2004 and has over 30 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and strategic planning.
Tim is an Appalachian State University alumnus and received an MBA from Pfeiffer University.
He has dual certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources through the HR Certification Institute. He is a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources through the Society For Human Resources Management (SHRM). He is a Kolbe Certified Consultant and completed Dave Ramsey’s Master Financial Coaching program.
Tim serves in numerous leadership positions in the community and is passionate about serving others. In 2021, Tim was appointed by the NC Speaker of the House to the Board of Directors of the NC Institute of Medicine. He is currently serving on the Executive Committee as Secretary of the Board.
Tim enjoys reading historical biographies, keeping up with American politics, watching football, and working out in a no-frills gym. He and his family love to spend time away at the beach and in Pinehurst, North Carolina.
