C. David Carpenter

C. David Carpenter, CHBC, EA, is the President of Healthcare Management Consultants, Inc. He received his BS degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has been a Certified Healthcare Business Consultant since 1981 and is a Fellow Member of the National Society of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants. David is also enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. David served on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants from 1995-1999 and served as President from 1998-1999. He currently serves on the Certification Committee of the NSCHBC. David co-founded PCSi Healthcare Consultants in Southern Pines in December 1984 with two partners who recently retired. He has over 30 years of experience in healthcare consulting for physicians and dentists.
